OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition 2D vs 3D Seed File
I'm curious about what effects starting a new civil design file with a 3D seed file rather than a 2D file would have? Bentley's training videos (one of them is attached) and other documentation directs users to always start with a 2D seed file. Of course that makes me question why there is a 3D seed file available.
