ShihTzu Birthday Cake by Cakes ROCK!!!
My dear friend's two Shih Tzu's are her 'children', & they are turning 2 years old. She was having a party for them, where they got dog-friendly 'pup-cakes' that she baked, & wanted a cake for humans too. So I decided to make a 'sister; for the girls, using characteristics from both of them to create the Shih Tzu cake.
She is carved from vanilla cake with white chocolate buttercream filling & icing. All edible except for the support structure & doweling for the head.
