I know that if you’ve had a bad day that statements like these can feel comforting. However, if they don’t say anything more than these one liners then you’re being set up to fail!
So much of the messaging today in encouraging people to walk away, break up, cut them off, etc. This way of thinking won’t get you closer to building the deep, meaningful connections you need to thrive.
Somebody has to challenge the narrative and push back on viral videos that are damaging our ability to do relationships well on both sides. 🙋🏾♀️I’ll do it! Me...me!
