From Farm to Rice Cooker - It's Harvest Time
We planted Shugin, an heirloom variety of japonica rice this year. It's been grown in Ryujinmura for over 300 years and we've used no fertilisers, pesticides, or herbicides. The rice is now ready for harvest.
