but in all honesty the situation seems very blurry right now, and whether Rovio will actually get sued in the end seems very uncertain. They are still under a lot of pressure from the media right now nonetheless.
But all these videos are really just ploys to promote the idea of Angry birds epic 2 so it doesn't really matter.
