Steroids and High Blood Pressure - How do steroids cause heart and kidney disease? Why doesn't Telmisartan always work? In this video we look at the way in which Testosterone (and Steroids, by proxy) cause high blood pressure through examining the effects of Testosterone on Mineralocorticoid pathways and receptors. We look specifically at Deoxy corticosteroid and how testosterone increases it. Is this the missing piece to the puzzle?
