How to add rows and columns to a table in Microsoft Word 📋
Open Word. I've prepared the table in advance. For example, we need to add rows above and below the name Sergey. To do this, place the cursor anywhere in this row. Then right-click. Select Insert. Then insert rows above. Do the same for the row below Sergey. You can also find all these actions in the Layout section. Rows and Columns.
To insert multiple rows at once, for example, three, select three rows. Then right-click. Select Insert. Then insert rows above or below.
To add multiple rows at the end of the table, place the cursor at the end of the last row in the table. Press the TAB key. This operation can be repeated an unlimited number of times.
For example, to add columns after or before Last Names, place the cursor anywhere in this column. Then right-click. Select Insert. Then insert columns to the left or right.
