How to make an ad with tear-off phones in Word 📢
Today we will learn How to make an ad with tear-off phone numbers in Word.
Open the Word program.
Go to the Layout section.
Next, Orientation.
Select Landscape.
In the same section, click on the Margins item.
Next, custom fields.
Set the margins on all sides to 0.5 cm.
Click OK.
Go to the Insert section.
Click on the Table item.
Select Insert table.
Enter the number of columns as 1.
Enter the number of rows as 2.
Click OK.
In the first line, write the text of your ad.
Next, right-click on the second line.
From the drop-down menu, select Split cells.
Enter the desired number of phone number tear-offs. For example, I will enter 10.
Next, copy or print the new ad text.
Select all the columns of the second row.
Press the Ctrl+V key combination.
With the columns selected, go to the Layout section. Please note that you need to go to the second Layout.
Then press the Text Direction button. Achieve the text layout you need.
Increase the height of the columns by moving the bottom border of the table.
If desired, decrease or increase the text size. If desired, center the text.
Also format the main ad text as desired.
