Microsoft Bookings: Not good enough for business Grade:D
Microsoft Bookings has a pretty smooth interface in many areas but it falls apart when you try and use it for business...
The ultimate value of this as is, is that it gives you the equivalent of a shared calendar for people outside of your organization who might want to meet with you, but that is so niche, I cannot imagine what it was built for.
This COULD be an amazin piece of software for businesses to generate revenue and self manage scheduling... but it needs some key fixes, laid out here.
