Cromford Mills Hydro Power Project Part 1 | Vaillant
The Arkwright Society have been guiding the restoration and preservation work at the Cromford Mills site in Matlock, Derbyshire and as part of that have been working on their Hydro Power Project to bring water power back from its heritage and into fruition.
Showing perfectly how heat pump technology can be used in older buildings, Vaillant have donated two flexoTHERM heat pumps to the project. The two heat pumps will harness the power generated from the water wheel in the centre of the mill and deliver energy efficient heating to the site.
