Another year and I'm back with another DIY carnival feather backpack!
Sorry this video was uploaded so late, but hey, better late than never right?
I know a lot of you will ask where I got the feathers from. I bought the feather trim aT Samaroo's carnival supplies and Featherations carnival supplies in San Juan and St. James Trinidad.
You can find these feathers on Amazon or aliexpress or basically any craft store. Just ask for rooster feather trims.
I purchase all items for this tutorial locally so no I do not have a link. Please take the initiative and search online for these items or locally. I've had so many people asking me where I got the materials from in my last DIY videos even though I answered the questions in a highlighted comment under the video and possibly in the description.
