A Feeder's Feline Love
Paneerselvam has been feeding his neighbourhood’s cats for almost 20 years. He is a part of the Cat Welfare Society’s (CWS) cat feeder network in Singapore. CWS runs education programmes that have encouraged responsible feeding, and helped to change people’s perceptions about it.
