A2F SHORT FILM CONTEST
POST YOUR ENTRY AS A RESPONSE TO THIS VIDEO!
Want to show your love for otaku and convention life? Then enter our Short Film Contest! Grab your camera, computer, maybe some otaku friends, and create a short film using your imagination! The top three (3) entries will be aired during the main stage event at the next Arkansas Anime Festival! The Grand Prize winner will also receive a special gift from Brooklyn herself!
RULES AND GUIDELINES (All rules must be followed in order to be considered for the Grand Prize):
1. Must be age appropriate. Short films must follow a PG rating, so be aware of language, proper clothing, references/innuendos, and overall content.
2. Entry should not extend past 10 minutes. Should entry exceed this, it will not be eligible for the Grand Prize.
3. Entry doesn't have to be about the convention. Anything Otaku: anime, manga, cosplay, gaming, fashions -- steampunk, neo-victorian, etc -- and just about anything you can think of that is Otaku can be filmed. Just make sure it follows the rules and guidelines.
4. Copyrighted materials, which include images and music, are NOT allowed, unless with artist's/owner's permission. Any Public Domain songs, though, are permitted. Pictures of merchandise are acceptable.
5. Entries will be accepted until 11:59pm on November 10, 2010. The winner will be announced a week before the convention. Any entries that are not submitted by 11:59pm on November 10, 2010 will not be accepted.
