Col. Nell served in the United States Army for over 30 years. He commanded at every level through Brigade and was selected for promotion to Brigadier General. He also served as the J2 (Intelligence) for the one-star Combined Joint Captured Material Exploitation Center (C/JCMEC) in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Col.
