The Flair PRO 3 is the next evolution in manual espresso brewing from Flair. Still featuring all the incredible elements of the PRO lineup, like an integrated pressure gauge, extremely small footprint, and stainless steel bottomless portafilter, the PRO 3 now adds a No-Preheat, Thin Cylinder to improve workflow, as well as a magnetic, articulating Shot Mirror. If you want to preheat, we've included a new preheat funnel that sits in your kettle.
