Back in April 2002, we visited Yellowstone park for a week and a half. We flew into Bozeman, stayed in the town of Gardiner and every day ventured into Yellowstone to see a different section of the park. On this day, we saw a grizzly sow and her two cubs making their way down a ridge, across the road to the other side of the creek bed. At first I thought they were going to walk right into us, but they turned away and we were close enough to the jeep that we would still be safe no matter what happened.
