ESO Healers: Fire vs Ice vs Lightning Staves!

In this video I'll be settling an old debate that's been around since the plethora of changes that have shaken up the meta over the past couple years. Lightning staves lost their throne of "best-in-slot destro staff for healers" years ago, and the debate has raged on as to what should replace it, or even if it needs to be replaced. With the title on the line, which destruction staff will be crowned the best? Sit back and relax as we go through each staff, look at what makes them good, and figure out once and for all which staff deserves to be labeled as the best for the healing community.
