Duplex ERH Roll Handler Overview
This is an overview for our custom roll handling machine built on the Schlumpf ERH-400 platform. This machine was designed to lift and move very large cores. It has a custom roller probe to support the full length of the core. A bumper nose and roll catch feature automatically extends and retracts the roll catch for easy transfers onto and off of spindles. Cameras and core guides make the machine easier to use, even in hard to reach places. A duplex column allows the machine to achieve very tall lift heights, then lower to fit through doorways. This machine also has the standard ERH-400 features such as a removable battery pack, locking swivel casters, and easy to use ergonomic controls.
