How to create a type of feather using the fluid painting technique.
In this video I fill up a 36"x24" canvas with white paint which is a mix of 2 brands of white acrylic paint, Liquitex pouring medium and water.
I then pour a little bit of color using the DecoArt brand to which I've added Liquitex pouring medium and water.
With my blow dryer on low, I push the paint diagonally.
