Coping With Back Pain as a Music Producer
I've recently had a flare up of some serious back pain after being pain free for the last five years. As a music producer I need to be still and work for long periods of time. In this video I go through some of the things I've learned over the last painful few days and some strategies for moving forward. Hopefully to help anyone else who is suffering from back pain in a similar way.
