I have Caldari Carrier on lvl V and Fighters at IV currently training to V.
I'm making about 100mil ISK / hr. But I think I still can get better, just started ratting with a carrier 2 days ago. Still need to tweak fitting and try out some different things.
If you want the ultimate ratting carrier, go with a Thanny. She has Fighter Damage bonus. Chimera is more on the tanky side.
