Special Steps for Sending a Garageband Project on Mac to an iPad for Editing
Once a recording is done in the podcast station, there is no need to do ALL of the editing on the Mac. In fact, it is likely that students will want to take an unfinished project with them on their iPad to continue editing. You don't want to lose the fine detail and editing ability of having all tracks.
Using the process shown in this video, students can export the project so that it will work on iOS devices for Garageband (making the project mobile and able to be edited anywhere on the device).
Note -- If you do not follow this specific process for exporting a GarageBand for Mac project, it will NOT be editable on an iOS device.
