CONFERENCE: Age-friendly cities for everyone (2/2)
On September 30 and October 1, a two-day Nordic-Baltic conference on two key topics was held in Riga: support options for people with dementia, their relatives, and professionals. The goal of the conference was to bring together experts from the Nordic and Baltic countries to inspire action through practical, experience-based examples and to promote cross-sector collaboration. The conference was organised in cooperation with the Welfare Department of the Riga City Council.
Leading experts from the Nordic and Baltic countries presented their ideas at the conference, including representatives from the Nordic Welfare Centre, as well as national institutions from Estonia, Norway, Finland and Sweden.
