حفل تخريج الدفعة الثانية من برنامج - رواد الأسواق المالية
نحتفي بتخريج الدفعة الثانية من برنامج "رواد الأسواق المالية"، وذلك بحضور كل من: سعادة/ وليد سعيد العوضي، الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة الأوراق المالية والسلع (SCA)، وسعادة/ ياسر القرقاوي، المدير العام لصندوق الوطن، وسعادة/ حمد صياح المزروعي، رئيس مجلس إدارة أكاديمية أبوظبي العالمية (ADGMA) .
شهد البرنامج هذا العام مشاركة 27 من الكوادر الوطنية الشابة من أبناء وبنات دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، حيث أتمّوا بنجاح 10 مساقات تدريبية متخصصة بواقع 84 ساعة تدريبية. ويجسّد هذا الإنجاز التزام المشاركين وتميزهم في تعزيز كفاءاتهم المهنية، بما يتوافق مع رؤية القيادة الرشيدة في تمكين شباب الوطن وتأهيلهم لقيادة مستقبل القطاع المالي والاستثماري.
ويواصل البرنامج ترسيخ مكانته كمنصة استراتيجية لتأهيل القيادات الوطنية في قطاع الأسواق المالية، حيث بلغ عدد خريجيه حتى اليوم 58 خريجاً وخريجة من الدفعتين الأولى والثانية.
نبارك للخريجين هذا الإنجاز المتميز، ونتمنى لهم مستقبلاً مشرقاً يسهمون فيه في تعزيز تنافسية واستدامة قطاع الأسواق المالية في دولة الإمارات.
we celebrate the graduation of the second cohort of the Financial Markets Leaders Program, in the presence of H.E. Waleed Saeed Al Awadhi, CEO of the Securities and Commodities Authority(SCA); H.E. Yasser Al Gergawi, Director General of Sandooq Al Watan; and H.E. Hamad Sayah Al Mazrouei, Chairman of the Board of Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy (ADGMA).
This year, 27 talented young Emirati men and women successfully completed the program, which comprised 10 specialized training modules totaling 84 hours. This milestone reflects the participants’ dedication and commitment to professional development, aligning with the visionary leadership’s goals of empowering youth and equipping them to shape the future of the financial markets sector in the UAE.
The program continues to establish itself as a national platform of excellence for nurturing high-potential Emirati talent in the financial industry. With this latest cohort, the total number of graduates has reached 58 across both cohorts.
