Caixa accepts Flamengo's proposal and construction will begin in February.
Caixa Econômica accepts Flamengo's proposal for the construction of the stadium at Gasômetro. The purchase will be officially announced in October, and the groundbreaking ceremony will take place on the club's anniversary, November 15th. Construction is scheduled to begin in February 2023 and be completed in February 2026. The stadium will have a capacity of 110,000 seats, with 8,000 reserved seats at R$100,000 each, which would amount to approximately R$800 million for Flamengo. Attractions will include a shopping mall and a gastronomic center nearby, in addition to everything we've already discussed in previous videos. It will be "The City of Flamengo".
