VEIO PARK AND ITS WONDERS
Dr. Luana Toniolo, director of the National Etruscan Museum of Villa Giulia in Rome, Giorgio Polesi, Special Commissioner of the Veio Regional Park Authority, journalist and writer Stefano Ardito, and Bruno Cignini, zoologist and professor at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, present Veio Park and its wonders at FloraCult, in the presence of the authorities. With 100 km of CAI-recognized trails, including 27 km of the Via Francigena, of particular importance in the Jubilee Year, the Park preserves the remains of the ancient city of Veio, extraordinary biodiversity, and nine medieval historic centers, offering a unique combination of nature, history, and culture.
