This complete bagging line of the W-RANGE is equipped with the automatic bagging machine ILERSAC W, the automatic palletizer ILERPAL W and the fully automatic stretch wrapper ILERGIR, all of them produced by TMI:
✅ ILERSAC W is a high-capacity automatic bagging machine for open-mouth bags, flat or with side gussets. ILERSAC W has been specifically designed to handle, fill and close PP bags in high productions. It therefore offers the highest reliability and speed in handling woven polypropylene bags, in a total automated bagging process. This automatic bag placer allows bag format changes in a range from 10 to 50 kg.
✅ ILERPAL W is TMI’s hybrid high-level layer palletizer with high-capacity palletizing gripper for open-mouth bags. This bag palletizer provides optimal finishes in high production with open mouth bags, as it allows a high-speed overlapping thanks to its telescopic bag delivery belt + palletizing gripper. It delivers stable pallets thanks to the lateral and upper conformation of each layer.
✅ ILERGIR is a fully automatic pallet stretch-wrapper wit turntable and film pre-stretch technology that gives stability to the pallets while staying safe, cost-saving and flexible. All this within a small footprint.
