Vodka Sauce | Simple Penne Alla Vodka |
Vodka sauce is so popular but its even better when its made fresh. This is such a simple way to throw it together and its so tasty.

1/2 an onion
6 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp reb pepper flakes
1 cup vodka
28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
1 pound penne
1/2 cup cream
1/3-1/2 cup parm
