The female labour force participation rate (FLFPR) in India has been one of the lowest among the emerging economies and is attributed to the lack of employment opportunities and experience. At our skill center, we provide appropriate and costless Skill Development training programs in the high demand services such as Stitching, Communicative English courses, Digital and financial literacy, exclusively for women of under-served section.
At our skill centre, we give our women a dedicated free space to diligently perform their tasks. We believe in the real-world experience and so we provide our students with the best technologies and financial aids available. Our women are given a full-fledged training in major demanded services to enable them to become self-reliant. We have successfully empowered 4100 women, who are now earning a sufficient amount to support themselves.
