Raspberry Pi Heating Controller - Part 6 - Temperature Logging & Web Interface
This video shows the Raspberry Pi installed in the airing cupboard, with the DS18B20+ One Wire Digital Temperature Sensor hooked up to the standard Pi GPIO pins.
I soldered a small extension board to the bottom of the Pi so that we can access the GPIO pins even when the PiFace Digital is fitted. The PiFace Digital can't read from that type of sensor.. so I needed some way of attaching it, and didn't really want to solder it directly to the board.
