PrimeWash Express: Ontario Site
Prime Wash Express built their Ontario store and opened it in May of 2021. It's the 4th store they have built and second they currently operate.
The wash tunnel is fairly similar to the setup at their Upland location and primarily has Peco equipment on a 125' MCE dual belt conveyor. It has 2 TWC1102 exit wrap/top brush combo modules, PE163 and PE118 side washers, MacNeil RS-550 Sonic wheel brushes, 2 PE905 top high pressure manifolds, 2 sets of PE141 side blasters, PE806 wheel blasters, 13 producer drying system, and a SCW1110 Shammy Dry top brush and wrap combo module. Prime Wash Express is now using NCS and ANC chemicals, and their top package includes the lava bath, tri color polish, Ceramic Punch, C-Force, wheel cleaning, and the Shammy Dry.
