About this video:-
This is a type of yoga championship. This is combination champion. One pose back banding pose ( spinal cord back side band), one pose twisting (spinal cord twist),One pose forward banding ( spinal cord band forward side),one pose hand balancing ( full body balance on hand)And last one is leg balance ( full body balance on one leg).... and 5 judges observed and giving my posture perfection marks..
