I first met Kuren Patel back in 2016. Kuren and I shared a couple of productive counseling sessions. Kuren knew of my Career Counseling background, and we discussed his frustrations with applying for High-Tech jobs. You see, he suffered from being overqualified for every position he applied for and was disillusioned with the whole job hunting process. Well, he finally found an employer who appreciated his technical knowledge and background… Himself! Current became a private business owner, his company it’s called Silver Warp. I took a guest and said that he was putting cool vinyl wrap colors on exotic sports cars... Boy was I wrong! His company is way cooler than that, in fact, he may be revolutionizing the motorcycle racing industry! I won’t say anymore, take a listen (this is an audio podcast only).
