Purple, Blue, and Green! Dot Art Mandala Rock Painting Tutorial
This might be my best Mandala Rock Painting in a while! I love the way The purple, blue, and green go with their own metallic to make an almost neon look. This reminds me of Broadway lights or something magnificent! I did want to tell you that if you're not into mixing colors that you can use Folk Art's Metallic Champagne instead of my Burlap Pearl.
