To permanently delete your Canva account and associated data, follow these steps:
Log In to Your Canva Account: Open your web browser and go to the Canva website at https://www.canva.com/. Log in to your Canva account if you're not already logged in.
Access Your Account Settings:
If you're using the Canva website on a computer, click on your profile picture in the top right corner to open the dropdown menu. Then, click on "Account settings."
If you're using the Canva mobile app, tap on your profile icon in the bottom right corner to open the menu, then tap on "Settings."
Delete Your Account:
In the Account settings on the Canva website, scroll down to the "Delete your account" section and click on the "Deactivate your account" link.
In the Settings section of the Canva mobile app, scroll down to the "Account" category, and tap on "Deactivate account."
Confirm Your Decision: Canva will ask you to confirm your decision to delete your account. It may also ask you to provide a reason for leaving. Confirm that you want to deactivate your account.
Verify Your Email: Canva will send you an email with a verification link. Open your email inbox and click on the verification link to confirm your decision to delete your account.
Permanently Delete Your Account: After clicking the verification link, you'll be taken to a confirmation page. Click on the "Deactivate account" button to permanently delete your Canva account.
Data Removal: Canva will now begin the process of deleting your account and associated data. This may take some time.
Please note the following important points:
Once you delete your Canva account, you won't be able to recover it, and all your data, designs, and content will be permanently lost.
If you have a Canva Pro subscription, you should cancel it before deleting your account to avoid further billing.
Make sure to export or save any important designs or content you want to keep before deleting your account.
After completing these steps, your Canva account will be deleted, and your data will be removed from their systems permanently.
