Brand-new homes tend to have a certain allure that draws buyers in. The issue is when buyers get so starry-eyed about the newness of the home that they forget to take certain measures to ensure they’re getting the best deal they can. Today I’ll share three key tips that new construction homebuyers should keep in mind as they’re searching the market for properties. For one, make sure that you get an agent to represent you.
