Wriothesley Strengths and Weaknesses
Strengths
• Constant Cryo usage useful for Elemental Reactions such as Freeze due to being a catalyst user.
• Relies on Normal Attacks for big and constant DMG, which lessens dependence on Elemental Skill and Burst CD.
• High DMG scaling and potential for Melt.
• Capable of self-healing should his HP fall too low.
• Can easily cross waters by ice-bridging as a Catalyst user.
Weaknesses
• Normal Attack AoE is relatively small; better suited against bosses than mobs, unless you can group those enemies together.
• Without C1, his Special Charged Attack and self-healing has a 5s cooldown and cannot be activated efficiently with healers, requiring him to have a shielder instead at C0.

• The DMG Bonus gained will be further increased to 200%.
• When it hits while Wriothesley is in the Chilling Penalty state, that state's duration is extended by 4s. 1 such extension can occur per 1 Chilling Penalty duration.

These two methods of increasing ATK SPD cannot stack.

C6 Esteem for the Innocent
The CRIT Rate of Rebuke: Vaulting Fist will be increased by 10%, and its CRIT DMG by 80%. When unleashed, it will also create an additional icicle that deals 100% of Rebuke: Vaulting Fist's Base DMG as Cryo DMG. DMG dealt this way is regarded as Charged Attack DMG.
