Wild Kazakh Cider from Kazakhstan
Wild Kazakh Cider, a carbonated semi-dry cider from Kazakhstan, was bottled in 0.75 wine bottles on February 21, 2023, at the Issyk Winery (shelf life: 3 years). Made from Zarya Alatau, Golden Delicious, Starkrimson, Pestrushka, Ainura, and Voskhod apples, with the addition of Sievers apples.
🍷 Ingredients: apple wine material, sugar, and citric acid antioxidant. Alcohol 5.8%, sugar 20 g/dm3.
