The homeowner lives with her dad who has major health issues. She's an RN working 14 hour shifts and just has no time or energy to keep up this property. You can see it's been a LONG time since the weeds have been pulled or trimmed in any way. Dandelions taller than me, and I'm 6'4".
This is "Part 1" of what might end up being a 3-part series due to how much work has to be done. I probably could have breezed through it like a lot of guys do but I want it to be done right, so I take my time and do it right.
