Why does the MJ2020R scanner perform a scan but fail to input the code data into the computer?

In most cases, this issue arises when the scanner loses its wireless connection with the dongle inside the stand. You'll notice a three-beep sound after scanning a code.
To resolve this, simply reconnect the scanner with the dongle inside the stand. Here's how to do it:
For the new edition MJ-2020R:
Step 1: Place the scanner on the stand.
Step 2: Double-click the trigger. You should hear a short beep sound indicating a successful connection.
For both the new and old edition MJ-2020R:
Step 1: Scan the setting code to put the scanner into pairing mode (indicated by a flashing green LED light).
Step 2: Connect the stand to your computer by inserting the USB cable. You should hear a short beep sound, confirming a successful connection.
