Welcome to a journey of empowerment and transformation for the underprivileged youth! Our program, in partnership with Yuva Parivartan, is designed to open doors to the dynamic world of the hotel industry. We're offering a unique opportunity for those aged 18 and above who have completed their 10th grade to receive FREE on-the-job training in five-star hotels.
📚💼 Our comprehensive training includes 100 hours of English-speaking and life skills sessions, followed by 3 months of intensive hard skills training in established hotels. Students will be provided with a Youth Employment Programme Trainee workbook and will follow a rigorous training schedule of 6 days a week, 9 hours a day, with 80% hands-on and 20% classroom instruction.
💼👔🍽️ We're committed to offering placement assistance, international certification, and opportunities for a 2–3-year apprenticeship program at the same hotel for those who excel. During the training period, participants will receive free uniforms, duty meals, access to in-house medical facilities, and a stipend as per hotel policy.
