curlpaw is one of the only apprentices in her tribe making her responsible for everything, and marigoldkit/paw he always teased her because how tiny and stuborn she can be. making her ennoyed by him, but she secretly liked him. (but he never knowed)
TIMESKIP: now curlclaw and marigoldleap became warriors, and he still din't know that she liked him. so she stopped having feelings for him. but when a kittypet named Ralphy joined the tribe she and him became mates, and thats when marigoldleap realise that he had feeling for her making him jealous of the kittypet when Ralphy noticed this he got worried because he knowed that the leader will make marigoldleap deputy and when he becomes leader he will exile him out of the tribe. so he leaved with lying saying he wanted to stay in the two legs, making curlclaw devastated. she became depressed at this point and marigoldleap noticed that, he visited her everyday before him and her had a mission togheter. but then a fight between a kittypet and curlclaw broke out making curlclaw half blind and having claw marks forever on her face making her feel insecure about her looks, before marigoldleap asked her to be his mate.
