Karnataka is a state that inspires pride. It has a richness of culture that has prevailed over centuries. Whether it be culture or cuisine, architecture or art there is reason to marvel. And the people of Karnataka are keenly aware of it. They have a sense of ownership that extends from the hills, to the waterfalls, to the forts and the fields, the places of worship and even their place on the table. Now it gives Eastern Spices great joy to be part of this privileged list: to be called as something the Kannadigas call their own.
