Making Plurals
Grades two students use a flow chart to practice making plurals. Do we add -s or -es? It’s not about the final letters of the original word, but rather the syllables. Does the plural form add an extra syllable? If yes, use -es as your suffix. #realspelling #structuredwordinquiry
