Our culinary journey through the world's cuisines continues. This time, Misha cooked a turkey for the warmest and most family-friendly holiday in America. I headed to Manhattan for Thanksgiving to march in the largest parade in the US and fully immerse you in the atmosphere of this wonderful holiday. Today, we'll cover the entire process of preparing a perfect and juicy cezve (from store-bought to salting and roasting), as well as many other delicious dishes.
