Fruit pulp packing machine is one of TSL liquid and paste solution series models in category of vertical form fill seal for liquid, which is driven by pneumatics. TSL-300B is an automatic machine with functions of volume measuring, filling, bag sealing, and cutting. Two parts to make up the whole machine , upside part is for liquid measuring and filling, bottom part is for bag forming.
Fruit purees is one of popular fruit processed products which have some common features, that is high viscosity, fruit flesh and/or even seeds mixed inside the juice. Such features bring challenges during the packaging procedure, because they may cause clogging or leaking in the intermediate between two fillings. Clogging will make machine shut down. And leaking will make some juice or flesh stay on the sealing areas, which is the main reasons for sealing failure.
