Version 4.1 Phase 1 will come out on September 27th, 2023. It is speculated that Neuvillette will be released in the first phase of the upcoming version 4.1. At the same time, Raiden Shogun is expected to get her third rerun banner in the same phase. Meanwhile, Wriothesley is speculated to be in the second half. We also have some new regarding Arlecchino, she is speculated to be a sword user. The leaked character sheet also says that Arlecchino will use Pyro as her main element in combat. It is, however, uncertain if her elemental powers will come from an actual god-blessed Vision or from a fabricated Delusion. Arlecchino is basically confirmed to come late into Fontaine, her kit might have to do with Natlan's main gimmick (like high energy cost/building ER for Inazuma or EM scaling slash Dendro reactions for Sumeru).—-
