How to make a TuTu without a Sewing Machine.
This project is FUN & very inexpensive. The tulle/ribbon itself cost around $1-2 when an already made tutu in the stores run about $15-30.00. For the other tutu's in the videos you can purchase them on the website that are at the bottom on the photos. -- I had to upload this video again. The 1st time it have over 2,000 views in 2days but it got deleted. But it's back !! im just showing you how to make a simple tutu w/out a sewing machine.
