UPDATE!!!! Tiny House Community Plans and the VOTES of the neighbors! | Episode 6
We have spent almost a year planning to get to this point. We purchased property, spoke with city officials (preliminarily), and now the real start to this project comes down to this...the vote of the neighbors!
In this video we're breaking down our business plan and sharing all the details that we will be going door-to-door and sharing with the neighbors (due to an old restrictive covenant from 1945 that still governs the neighborhood).
We have to receive a vote in support of our project from a majority of the owners within the plat in order to move forward with our plans and present (in an official capacity) to city officials.

►We met (and dated!) in the 7th Grade at Lincoln Middle School in Kansas City, Missouri in 2007. We tied the knot in 2014 and are now in our 7th year of marriage!
