Changing Futures
Changing Futures Nottingham supports people facing Severe and Multiple Disadvantages. This is a combination of complex issues including homelessness, mental ill health, offending and substance use.
They work in partnership with other organisations offering wrap-around support and advocating for system change, to stop people falling through the gaps in a poorly designed support system.
In January 2024 they hosted a celebration event which explored the impact of the project and challenges for the future.
